Vendors are 100% responsible for food safety, freshness, hygiene, expiry dates, and allergen information.
Let's Do Kitchen is a marketplace platform. We do NOT prepare, cook, store, or handle food. All food safety responsibilities rest entirely with the vendors.
Food Safety Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Freshness: Ensuring all food items are fresh and within expiry dates
- Hygiene: Maintaining clean preparation areas and following food safety protocols
- Storage: Proper storage of ingredients and prepared food at correct temperatures
- Expiry Dates: Checking and ensuring all ingredients are within expiry dates
- Cross-Contamination: Preventing cross-contamination between allergens and dietary restrictions
- Temperature Control: Maintaining proper hot/cold holding temperatures during preparation and delivery
Allergen Information
Vendors must:
- Accurately list all allergens present in menu items
- Disclose potential cross-contamination risks
- Update allergen information when recipes change
- Respond to customer allergen inquiries promptly

Customer Responsibility
Customers should:
- Read allergen information carefully before ordering
- Inform vendors of severe allergies when placing orders
- Check food upon delivery for freshness and proper packaging
- Report food safety concerns immediately to vendors and our support team
- Store delivered food properly according to vendor instructions
- Consume food within recommended timeframes
Shared Kitchen Facilities
Many vendors operate in shared kitchen facilities. This means:
- Cross-contamination between different vendors' food is possible
- Allergen-free guarantees cannot be made in shared facilities
- Customers with severe allergies should exercise extreme caution
- Vendors should disclose shared facility arrangements
Our Role
Let's Do Kitchen:
- Provides a platform for vendors to list their services
- Does not inspect, verify, or guarantee food safety practices
- Does not monitor vendor compliance with food safety regulations
- Reserves the right to remove vendors with food safety violations
- Encourages customers to report food safety concerns
Reporting Food Safety Issues
If you experience a food safety issue:
- Contact the vendor immediately
- Report to our customer support with details and photos if possible
- Seek medical attention if you experience foodborne illness
- Report to local health authorities if necessary
Limitation of Liability
Let's Do Kitchen is not liable for:
- Foodborne illnesses or allergic reactions
- Food spoilage or contamination
- Incorrect allergen information provided by vendors
- Food safety violations by vendors
- Improper food handling or storage by customers
- Any health issues arising from food consumption
All liability for food safety rests solely with the vendor.
