By accessing and using Let's Do Kitchen ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Platform Description
Let's Do Kitchen is a marketplace platform that connects customers with local food vendors (home kitchens, restaurants, and caterers). We do NOT cook food ourselves. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between customers and vendors.
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery information
- Ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Pay for orders in a timely manner
- Respect vendor policies and operating hours
- Provide honest and constructive reviews
3.2 Vendor Responsibilities
- Provide accurate menu information and pricing
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Fulfill orders within stated delivery times
- Ensure all food claims (Halal, vegetarian, etc.) are accurate
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly
4. Orders and Payments
- All orders are subject to vendor acceptance
- Prices are set by vendors and may change without notice
- Delivery fees and platform commissions apply as displayed
- Payment must be completed before order processing
- Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy
5. Platform Fees
Let's Do Kitchen charges a platform commission (10% of order value) and delivery fees as displayed during checkout. These fees help maintain the platform, provide customer support, and ensure quality service.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Creating fake accounts or providing false information
- Placing fraudulent orders
- Harassing vendors, riders, or other users
- Attempting to circumvent platform fees
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Sharing account credentials with others
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform's integrity. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Let's Do Kitchen acts as a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of food prepared by vendors. Any disputes regarding food quality, delivery, or vendor services should be resolved directly with the vendor or through our customer support.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
