Vendors are 100% responsible for all Halal claims and certifications.

Let's Do Kitchen is a marketplace platform that connects customers with food vendors. We do NOT prepare, cook, or handle food. We do NOT verify, certify, or guarantee the Halal status of any food items listed on our platform.

What This Means

  • Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring all food items marked as "Halal" meet Halal standards and requirements
  • Vendors must have proper certifications and documentation to support their Halal claims
  • Let's Do Kitchen does not verify Halal certifications, ingredients, or preparation methods
  • Customers should verify Halal status directly with vendors if this is important to them

Vendor Requirements

Vendors listing Halal items must:

  • Have valid Halal certification from recognized authorities
  • Source ingredients from Halal-certified suppliers
  • Follow Halal preparation and handling procedures
  • Maintain separation from non-Halal items in their kitchen
  • Provide certification documentation upon request

Customer Responsibility

Customers who require Halal-certified food should:

  • Verify Halal certification with vendors before ordering
  • Ask vendors about their Halal practices and certifications
  • Report any misrepresentation of Halal status to our support team
  • Understand that Let's Do Kitchen does not guarantee Halal compliance

Our Role

Let's Do Kitchen provides a platform for vendors to list their services. We:

  • Allow vendors to mark items as "Halal" based on their own claims
  • Do not independently verify or certify Halal status
  • Reserve the right to remove vendors who misrepresent Halal status
  • Encourage customers to verify Halal claims directly with vendors

Disputes and Complaints

If you believe a vendor has misrepresented Halal status:

  • Contact our customer support immediately
  • Provide evidence of misrepresentation
  • We will investigate and take appropriate action
  • Vendors found to misrepresent Halal status may be removed from the platform

Limitation of Liability

Let's Do Kitchen is not liable for any issues arising from Halal compliance, including but not limited to:

  • Misrepresentation of Halal status by vendors
  • Lack of proper Halal certification
  • Non-compliance with Halal preparation standards
  • Any religious or dietary concerns related to Halal food

All liability for Halal compliance rests solely with the vendor.
