Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Vendor Agreement

By registering as a vendor on Let's Do Kitchen, you agree to these Vendor Terms & Conditions. These terms are in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Platform Commission

  • Platform commission: 10% of order value (excluding delivery fees)
  • Commission is calculated on the subtotal before taxes
  • Commission is deducted from vendor payouts
  • Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days notice

2.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed weekly or monthly (vendor choice)
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50
  • Payment processing fees may apply
  • Payouts are made via bank transfer or approved payment methods

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate menu information and pricing
  • Update availability and operating hours regularly
  • Fulfill orders within stated delivery times
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Comply with all local health regulations and licensing requirements
  • Provide accurate allergen and dietary information
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Accept or reject orders promptly

4. Menu Rules

  • All menu items must be accurately described
  • Pricing must be transparent and include all fees
  • Images must accurately represent the food
  • Dietary claims (Halal, vegetarian, etc.) must be accurate and verifiable
  • Menu changes require platform approval for major updates
  • Vendors cannot list prohibited items (alcohol, tobacco, etc.)

5. Order Management

  • Vendors must accept or reject orders within 15 minutes
  • Accepted orders must be fulfilled within stated delivery times
  • Order cancellations by vendors are subject to penalties
  • Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension
  • Vendors must communicate delays to customers promptly

6. Quality Standards

  • Maintain minimum 4.0 star rating average
  • Respond to negative reviews professionally
  • Address customer complaints within 48 hours
  • Maintain consistent food quality
  • Vendors below quality standards may be suspended

7. Payout Rules

  • Payouts processed weekly (every Monday) or monthly (1st of month)
  • Minimum payout: $50
  • Payouts include orders from previous period (minus commissions and fees)
  • Refunded orders are deducted from payouts
  • Vendors must provide accurate banking information
  • Payout processing takes 3-5 business days

8. Prohibited Activities

Vendors are prohibited from:

  • Contacting customers outside the platform for orders
  • Circumventing platform fees
  • Providing false information or fake reviews
  • Listing items not available for order
  • Using competitor platforms to solicit customers
  • Violating food safety regulations

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Food safety violations
  • Repeated order cancellations
  • Poor customer ratings (below 3.5 stars)
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-compliance with health regulations
